Where to stay in Vienna: the fun & vibrant 25hours hotel beim MuseumsQuartier

After a few months in which we couldn’t travel, I was excited to book a two night stay in one of my favorite cities in Europe: Vienna.

By the name of it, you can tell that the hotel is situated in the MuseumsQuartier. With that being said, you will be at a walking distance from the city centre. Close by you will find the Museum of Modern Art (MUMOK), the Architecture Center, Kunsthalle, the Vienna English Theatre and many more.

The Volkstheater metro station, 300m away from the hotel, will be your best friend if you plan on going even further in the city.

Rooms of the 25hours Hotel

It’s easy for me to say that the room was something else! I stayed in the 220 room which is classified as the “Medium Plus”.

All of the rooms are circus themed and have a really fun twist. As for the view, this room has really big windows that allow you to look at some of the city’s landmarks. On the desk that is in front of the window, you will find a bluethooth speaker that you can use to listen to your favorite music and have your own little private party.

The breakfast area is nice because you can either have your meal inside or outside. The staff will invite you in the area and will ask you if you have any type of requests/preferences. Fruits, cereals, croissants, a sausage & cheese plate, eggs and other types of food will be served. For example, you can have your eggs fried, scrambled or made into an omlette. Overall, it is a really pleasant and lovely experience.

Fancy a night out but you do not want to leave the hotel?

At the 8th floor you will find der dachboden which offers incredible views, a laid-back atmosphere and tasty drinks.

What else?

There are many things to be said about this hotel. The main words that would characterize it, are: fun, modern, vibrant, laid-back, tasteful.

Their motto is: “come as you are” and I think that is what makes this place feel like a home away from home. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

You have everything you might need from free wifi, air conditioning, a flat screen tv to a gift shop, luggage storage, special diet menus (per request).

Book your room:

There is private parking on site. You also can rent a cool Mini Cooper from them if you want to get around more easily.

What an amazing accommodation experience at 25hours hotel.

I invite you to discover this hotel, I bet you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was.
